A letter addressed to the editor of Florida Today, Fair responds to an editorial the newspaper published calling upon the Florida Supreme Court to "kill" Florida's Opportunity Scholarships program.

According to a new nationwide study, ten percent more of the students in charter schools are proficient on state exams than those in neighboring public schools when a charter school has been in operation nine years or longer.
