By joining the Black Alliance for Educational Options, you’re investing in a brighter future for children across America. Your membership dues help us continue to educate parents and expand the educational options available to African American and other children.
New members will receive a detailed packet of information about the options we promote. We’ll keep you apprised of our activities throughout the year.
Members of the Black Alliance for Educational Options come from a variety of backgrounds and educational interests. Our members are students, parents, public and private school educators and administrators, school board members, faculty and staff in higher education, business professionals, community activists, policy makers, religious leaders, and staff and administrators of local and national non-profit organizations. More importantly, our members are dedicated to empowering parents, particularly those with low-incomes, with opportunities to determine the best educational environment for their children, and hold the positive growth and development of our nation’s children as the highest priority in American education.
Types of Membership
BAEO offers a variety of Life and Single-year memberships. Individuals who join BAEO will automatically be provided membership in the chapter located in their metropolitan area, if applicable.
Option 1:
| Life Membership | Payment Options |
| Bronze $ 500 | Make one payment of $500 or pay $100/year for 5 years. |
| Silver $ 900 | Make one payment of $900 or pay $150/year for 6 years. |
| Gold $1,500 | Make one payment of $1,500 or pay $150/year for 10 years. |
| Diamond $2,500 | Make one payment of $2,500 or pay $250/year for 10 years. |
