Mr. Sadler has been a Denver trial attorney and civil rights activist for nearly 24 years. Besides the BAEO Board of Directors, Dale also serves on the board of directors of the Children Having Opportunity In Colorado Education (CHOICE) and Alliance for Choices in Education (ACE).
Mr. Sadler is former director
of Denver Commission on Person with Disabilities, a gospel radio talk show host,
and community college instructor. In 2000, along with members of his Denver
BAEO Chapter, lead a successful effort to have the Colorado Commission of Civil
Rights open an investigation into the widespread academic failure of African
American students in four Denver public high schools.
